Come on. You could so DIY that. A little help from a glass cutter and some fun with power tools. Go for it.

I purchased that mirror at http://www.puredesignonline.com/collection/ four years ago. It doesn't look like they still offer it, but I have seen it at Room & Board in the showroom. If they do not still have it, they could probably help you find it.
