Dream House, part I

I'm sure everyone here has done this at some point, but what's your dream house like?
My wife and I were talking about it last night, and started writing down our ideas. We're still not completely sure how we want to organize everything, but it's nice to see a start. We've already gotten several rooms started, including the kitchen, bathrooms, a breakfast nook, finished basement, and garage area.
If anyone has suggestions on putting it together or how they did it, I'd love to hear. We're still in an apartment (and will be for a while), but that's what dreaming is all about, right...?
