How can I make this room comfterble and look good. (at the same time)

Im 15 years old and this basement room is my shrine. The only problem is it is bland and uncomfterble. The Floors are made out of these sharp pebbly rock things that are just terrible. The paint color is aptly named "bone white" and my entertainment center is white as well. I want a way to make this room more liveable and less bleak. Being a young teenage hoolagin I still want to keep the tv('s) a focus. It works fine you just have to know how to put it on your wall without it looking terrible. I'm assuming you dont have an industrial sized printer which means you'll have to print out multitudes of individual peices to get your final result. Thats the hard part, the problem with mine was it left a small border on each piece which made the overall picture look a little crappy. You're definately going to want to plan appropriately.
