im actually still taking the classes needed to become a licensed agent. I however have always been a bit of an entrepreneur and have dabbled in many different businesses, so ive picked up a bunch of what most would call "useless tid bits of information" over the years, and ive found that every now and then it comes in handy. btw, i checked out your profile - very impressive girl!

each state has different laws, so i would suggest actualyl contacting a local auction company...
