While I am sure there are lots of great mid-century homes for sale in Colorado, this one is close to my heart. That's because it belongs to my Grandparents. I spent many enjoyable summers in this home learning to appreciate the classic contemporary design. The home was designed by an architect friend of there's and is a classic. They are actually trying to sell it now, as it is too big for their needs. The thing that kills me is they have been having a hard time selling it, and they are only asking $199,000 for it!
