YOU ARE RIGHT KATHLEEN! it is Govenor's Island. It was the last day that it would be open for this year. I agree, it is a very nice outing and for families, friends, and lovers. From pinicing to walking, biking and being at peace. I had a very nice day. Thanks for playing.
