By cemsewWe are making a headboard for our bed and found a design we like. The headboard is camel back shape and has a shirred (gathered rounded contrasting fabric) border. Because it is only a drawing, I can't figure out how to make this border. Would you do the shirred part separately and attach separately, or sew it to the other fabric and attach all at once to the headboard?
