Spray-Painting Wicker
By cathigsI need help! I have these cool Madras baskets around my home for storage and would love the free dresser I picked up to look the same. I don't have a picture of the dresser, but it's all white. The pictures below are pretty close.
It's going to have a glass counter put on top and be used in a room for storage/etc (I'm a makeup artist and don't always want my kit and products laying around). I want to change the nob handles too.

By cathigsOk! Here is the lamp! My Goodwill find! I have several chocolate brown accent walls in my house that I could put it against- or my funky craft/office space. I need some ideas for a crafty DIY lampshade. Maybe something with pictures?? Anyone? Bueller?
I am open to different styles, SHAPES and colors. But it's my fav color- couldn't resist it!

By cathigs I went to the Goodwill today and found an awesome vintage muted lime green lamp base. It is sort of an hourglass figure. I will try and post a pic later. But I want to make and/or renovate a lampshade for it- ANY IDEAS??? I am open as far as color options go--Twine Twicks- Great Storage Idea For Ribbon, etc.
By cathigsGot this idea from Martha Stewart- IKEA has some colorful funnels in two sizes that work for this as well, but should be hung off a rail of some sort. I used these in my wrapping workspace I put in my office closet and they work GREAT!
