Looking to hire an interior designer in Minneapolis

I have a condo on the market in downtown Minneapolis and am looking for someone to help me "stage" it for sale. I have a small budget for furniture, paint or whetever we need but unfortunately my design sense is terrible. You would have almost total freedom to do what you want. If you have some examples of previous work, or know someone who is in the business, or want to start your own staging company and need a first client, let me know.

We have gotten 1 quote and are getting another on Monday. We will probably make a decision at that point. Does anyone know what the general "going rate" is for a 2 bedroom condo needing furniture (2 beds, end tables, couch/living area stuff, wall art work), some painting and some minor lighting? Just curious. Thanks!

Hey Casey. You might want to check out the regional chapter of the IAHSP (International Association of Home Staging Professionals). Most members post pictures of their work. As far as budgeting for furniture, many stagers have furniture tucked away in warehouses that they'll use for a job, if necessary.
