curbly RSS feed?

***this message is more intended for curbly's creators than for members -- unfortunately, i don't see any contact info on the site, so let's hope that they read the daily questions.***

i use google's personalized homepage to aggregate all of the blogs i care about. as soon as i discovered curbly, i went to add its feed to my google homepage, but it was not available. it's the first time that has happened to me! i thought all bloggers and page-owners set up this type of feed almost first thing. will curbly be adding a RSS feed that cooperates with google homepage (among other such services)? i fear that i will forget to visit unless prompted to by an interesting curbly headline conveniently delivered to my homepage, so i hope that happens soon!

huh, I just tried, and got the same result you describe. The feed works fine in my feed reader (vienna), but google is mixing it up. I searched the google help area for some quick answers and didn't see anything (though I did find a LOT of questions about rss on the homepage). I'm sorry this is happening.. I'll keep looking around to see if I can find anything.

hey ben, i've subscribed to curbly's rss feed now, but it doesn't seem to work quite right -- at least not from the google personalized home page, which is my preference. when i click on a headline, it opens that url *almost*, except with "google.com" where "curbly.com" should be. do you know why that might be happening?

we now have the "popular" rss feed on the main page. I also fixed category and individual blog feeds. thanks for bring this up.

I saw this comment on Google Reader (I've subscribed to the Q&A RSS). The weird things is when I follow the links in from google reader, it always seems to take me to this page:

http://www.curbly.com/bruno/posts/4-Design-Jobs-Outsourced-to-Rats-Creatives-Outraged

Even weirder the URL in the address bar (in one instance) is:

http://www.curbly.com/282-What-is-it-It-s-Photo-Art-Oatmeal-Drops-/posts/4-Questions

What's up with that?

We'll be deploying stuff later today that fixes this. We don't, as of yet, have an rss feed on the homepage. They're on the How To, Inspiration, News, Questions, Talk pages, and each person's individual blog page. more to come...
