Service Experts has a great blog post today about what to do with a flooded AC unit. If your hvac equipment is ever flooded out (like our unfortunate friends in the Florida area), then there are some steps that you need to take to make sure that you don't have any problems; it can be a real safety issue. In particular, flood water and heavy electrical equipment, especially air conditioners, are a very serious safety hazard.
