Providence RI's artist community AS220 remodel The Dreyfus Hotel.

"AS220's adaptive re-use of the Dreyfus is being undertaken as an historic preservation project that will bring new life to the exquisite first floor details found in the ornate bar and restaurant; as well as the lower level pub. The magnificent terra cotta that adorns the exterior along with the stunning stained glass windows on the first floor will also be carefully restored. And, saving the best 'til last: the upper three floors will be converted into 20 affordable live and work rental studios for artists."
