DIY Mom's Day Gift Guide, part 1!

For the Moms who want to learn to sew:

This great little sewing machine has 43 stitches, more than enough to handle all your interior decorating and light upholstery needs. I've owned several Kenmores in my time, and they are very sturdy and reliable. Plus, they'll ship pretty much anywhere in the country!
Throw in a subscription to THREADS magazine, $32.95 per year, and she'll learn clothing and home furnishing construction techniques, tips and trends, and get pattern and product reviews.
For the Techie Tinkering Mom:
