What's on MY table?

By beccajo

Well, in response to this earlier post of mine, about this book, here is my weeks' worth of food, give or take.

Farmer's Market: Strawberries, tomatoes, honey, herbs, and bread $25. Bonus-it's all from within a 2 hour drive of St. Paul!

Whole Foods: Eggs, pasta, cheese, spagetthi sauce, bruchetta topping, Skinny Cows (not shown) $22

Local Co-Op: Everything Else $38

Not Shown: Water and Tea bags, two lemons (to cut up and put in tea), Lunch 2 days a week at local establishments, Dinner 2 times out with friends, about $40.

YIKES. For one person, that's a lot of food!

PS like those garden stakes in the herbs? Directions are here!
