OK, I'm not really a dog. But I like my privacy.

 My house isa 1917 bungalow with enough mission style to pass without having everything match.

The garden is Japanese with a waterfall and pond.

 The uuugliest room is the main-floor bathroom! Black and yellow plastic tile. Boxed in claw-foot tub. Must have been done in the early '70s. Remember the generics craze? When I first moved in, I stuck a UPC barcode on the wall.

Shower curtain bar encloses one of the light  sconces inside the tub enclosure. Anyone with a notion could electrocute themselves with no trouble.

OK, I'm more of the design & ideas person than the nail-gun guy. It takes me a while to do projects. So, I knew I needed a second bath BEFORE tackling the one-and-only-in-the-house....

So, a finished basement and landscaped yard later, I come back to the bathroom... I've got NO CLUE what to do with it!

Any ideas?
