Shiny colors?
By balubaluWhat kind of color would you choose if you want to give some MDF a really glossy finish? I mean so shiny that you can see the fingerprints of all unwanted guests in your house without having to use some fingerprinting powder.
Okay, perhaps not that shiny (I don't want to wear gloves all the time myself ;-), but close...
Any hints on what lacquer or latex to use and how to treat it so that it really blinks?

Or you could use DIY stickon laminate.
Whatever you do, be really, really sure that you have thoroughly sealed all sides, including the sides that won't show. Water + MDF = swollen up, ruined MDF.
