As most of you already know it's hard to describe yourself in a few words, so I think I'll start with some easy data.

My identification card tells me that I was born 1974 in Osnabrueck / Germany. You might guess from this that my native language is German. The second consequence is, that you might need to help me find the right words in English sometimes. :-)

At the moment I'm working as an IT specialist at the university of applied sciences in Muenster. Being a technologic geek I'm not really having the right touch to decorate my single room appartment (plus micro-kitchen, bathroom and hall), which is one reason why I subscribed to curbly: Getting some inspiration.

The other reason is a little project that circulates in my mind for a while and which I'm hopefully getting started real soon.

nice to meet you balubalu anf thanks for accepting my friendship. My native language is rashian, so we are in same position. I design and sew decorative pillows, paint a bit, knit and I am creative.

You are suppose to keep your eyes on your monitor, not your mousepad. ;)

Thanks for all your great comments on last week's Top Design round up. I hope you can catch this week's episode too! I have heard it has something to do with the beach. Hmm....interesting.

I'm so glad you were able to participate in the TD Fan Club!! I didn't have an absolutely favorite room either, although I liked the sophistocation of John and Michael's room. You're right about that bed--NO!

Hey Balubalu! Check out bravotv.com for a six minute recap of last night's episode of Top Design. Also, Todd Oldham has some great recap videos too. That way you can join in on the Curbly TD fan club!
