Trouble getting out of bed? Get Clocky!

By badbadivy

Mr. Ivy has to get up long before I do. I am a light sleeper, though, so I wake up when his alarm clock goes off. Now, I can generally get back to sleep, but many mornings he hits his snooze alarm over and over and over and over. Finally, I just go on and get out of bed.

I think I've found something he won't hit the snooze on over and over. It's Clocky- if you hit snooze, it rolls off the nightstand and starts roaming around the room looking for a place to hide. I giggle with glee thinking about my husband having to get out of bed and chase his alarm clock!

Ha! I think my daughters need this more than the husband.  Or to copy... Mr. KatNap.  I'm liking that.

I am as bad as Mr Ivy or worse.  I can even sleep through the snooze.

I need a new alarm clock, and have been wavering between this one (guaranteed to get me up, but expensive and unattractive - yeah it's cute, but cute is not the vibe in my bedroom) and the Moonbeam (inexpensive, beautiful, and will probably get me up but who knows?  plus it might tick, which I hate).

Cool, but it would scare the crap out of the cat!

All the better, then. ;)

P.S. Mr. Ivy would still wake you up; he'd need help finding it! ;)
