I live in Atlanta with my husband and 3 children. We are a home schooling family. I've been DIY'r since about the age of 9 when  the record player on my stereo broke and I took the back off to see if I could figure out why. The band that turns the table had slipped off! I have been trying to collect mid century pieces for a couple of years now. Since we are a modest one income family, I only shop thrift stores, yard sales and craigslist.
