Found this mirror on the street in NYC - carted it around with me for an afternoon before getting it home - popped out the old dirty glass & replaced it with the pieces shown here which i silver-leafed on t he back to make them look a little more antique-ish & old.

Your picture goes inside the window, but in this shot I just have a piece of paper or something. I haven't added a picture yet.

This is a view out the front windows in the living room. Across the street is a large cathedral and it's very beautiful to see all lit up at night.

Snapped this photo while making coffee on Christmas Eve. the snow had been falling and I felt good sipping coffee, watching it and listening to some Martin Denney on the record player..
