I am having trouble finding toy storage for my son

By animred

I am having trouble finding cheap toy storage for my son.  As you can see his room is not that big and is overan with toys.  With CHristmas coming up I have no idea where new toys will go.  Anyone have any ideas how to correct this?

Hi Animred,

OK I also have this problem (continuously) for years and the only thing I know to do is get out 3 extra large garbage bags. Fill them up and donate the toys to a great thrift store or organization that helps the less fortunate kids!!! Then with the extra room go get the stackable bins from Target $10.00 if you can find them on sale and you have a bunch of cute wire box bins 6 total that can store toys and only keep certain ones. These come in silver white or black. YOu can probably view them online.  My daughter loves stuffed animals and we store them in her bookshelves and one toy chest because she loves to get them out and play with them!! The other idea is bookshelves from Walmart $20.00 each on either side of the bed for nightstands and these will double as storage. I do not see pics of his room but these ideas should work!! Have fun! Julee

I love animals, travel, cozy old houses, and reusing and redoing things
