I love this pitcher--so sexy. Okay, I'm done now. I'm done buying Russel Wright dishes...for the time being, anyway.

The latest addition (choirs of angels singing). Ain't she purty? Soon to be best friends with our new covered ramekin and veggie bowl.

These pieces are a lot bigger than they look...the pitcher's about 12" tall with a 7 or 8" base. The ramekin and veggie bowl were both pretty stout, too. Works well for a family-style dinner or a dressed-up table with an unpretentious feel.

If you're looking for RW stuff, eBay has tons of it, usually more affordable than specialized RW sellers. It just takes looking closely at product descriptions and asking quesitons. Familiarity with basic pottery or ceramics terminology helps.

Oh, and it's much easier to score good stuff at great prices when the auction ends over a weekend.
