After years of bouncing around from apartments in various cities full of twenty something students and transient house guests I finally found my own pad and nesting ground in Chicago while I attend art school. Having a home of my own has given me a new outlook to what a home really is. It has to be inspirational, convenient, warm and comforting, not only a shelter. It has to be a place to work, rest, and keep up with my daily needs. So after almost two years in Chicago my new apartment has given me a place to come home to, surrounded by art and decoration, a place to sit down by the window and read, or pull all nighters in a second bedroom converted studio. It's still an evolving project but there are big plans for this humble Chicago apartment.
