Vinyl wall word fun for your babies room. A non-permanent, inexpensive, decorative extraveganza!

By Whitler

My wife and I recently adopted a new baby and instantly knew that we needed a special room for a very special girl.  We first started with the colors.  Pink and a friendly brown seemed to be the colors that felt right for this baby.  We also thought that she would need lots of pictures and positive messaging.  Knowing that vinyl lettering are not permanent, we quickly found five empty glass frames and laid the letters, "M" "Y" "L" "E" "E" using our favorite font.  These went on her shelf along with the beads.

Next we added dots to the top border of the room.  These dots set the theme for the entire baby's room.  We found colorful mugs with dots to sit on her book shelf, and scarves with dots, beads, etc. that all seemed to blend with the theme.  Adding the vinyl lettering was a snap and literally took us less than a half an hour to do the entire room.  This non-permanent art completely added life to the room without hurting our pocket books (i.e. less than $75.00).  We also added decorative end vinyl to each of the photos that hung on the wall.  Mirrors were decorated with vinyl art along with the door.  We tried not to go over board but had a good time adding positive messages throughout her room.  Even though she is only an infant, we felt good when the room was completed.

It really only takes a little imagination to create a babies room filled with beads and vinyl fun.  This vinyl allows you to easily add words to the walls, mirrors, and picture frames without nailing your pocket book.  In the picture above, we overlaid "Love" on top of the positive message, "Where There Is Great Love, There Are Always Miracles".  As the baby grows and her interests change, new messages will be added to the room.  We found that by simply picking at the corners of the vinyl, it easily pulled off without any sticky mess left behind.

You too can write on your walls without the permanent commitment.  To learn more about inexpensive vinyl wall words visit www.you-said-it.com.

Enjoy!
