This facinated me as a small child. I grew up around it. I know it was at once stage a very large Japanese wall hanging. I am not quite sure what happened to this. It was my Mum's and now it's mine. The stitching on this is amazing and for some reason it fired up my interest in embroidery in my early days of college. This isn't a brilliant picture of it, you can't see the detail. I shall attempt another later today.
