My sense of style is a mish mash of kitsch, modern with a sprinkling of anything I fancy depending on my mood!  I don't take my flat too seriously these days as I grow older I learn to hide all the stuff I have collected over the years behind the chair in the sitting room.

I love my massive oil painting which is of an abstract fly, this painting lives in the only space that could take it hanging its full length, the hallway!  My tiny London flat is near to one of the best flea markets in Europe (as far as I'm concerned), blessed by the flea market fairies in an area which is multi cultural, brightly coloured with galleries, coffee bars and other people's junk (junk = gold).

It feeds my love for ceramics, food, art, lattes, afternoon tea and a multi cultural habitat, a passion for cooking and music.

The last thing I bought for the flat was a fridge freezer (because I had to) because I stabbed my old one to death trying to clean the freezer.... The second to last thing I bought for my flat was....  Oh dear, I just realised, I haven't spent anything on the flat in ages prior to the fridge freezer.  Well, that's probably because there is far too much already in it.

I design and make stuff at home as well as at my full time job working with children (the list is endless in what we create together and where there's room at home, I continue with my own projects).

I also train adults in arts and crafts and run arts and crafts outreach workshops for children of all ages at festivals and open days. I enjoy writing and have also spent many a year singing when I was younger.   Loving anything creative, expressive and interesting - gives me a warm melting feeling inside (too much information?  Oh good).  Only wish I had a bigger flat so I could have a work space at home and work on arts and craft 24/7 and devise a working arrangement of how to store my collection of retro fabric, ceramics and art equipment.  I have a stationary fetish (don't we all?), have a very old Burmese called Lillianabixaboo and often want to run away to a forest..

I'm sure there's plenty more to put here, but right now I think I shall move on and have a fumble around other people’s profiles.
