My husband and I are thinking about moving and buying in the philadelphia area.  We are thinking Montgomery county would be best, but would love to get an opinion from a local like yourself.  We are both 36 from NYC area and plan on having a few children very soon, so we are looking for a neighborhood that is fairly young and on the upswing, that is about 30 min commute to Philly.

What county do you live in?  From the looks of your home (very nice), it looks like you dont live in Philadelphia proper...congrats on the new addition to your family!
