Hey Bruno! I wanted to say, thanks for your past recommendation on Austin and that you were right about it! It's become my final destination choice! I've been researching all over the US, driving myself nuts, and I think Austin has it all for me, including some wonderful friends warmly waiting!!! The property tax was my only concern, it is 2%, which isn't great... lose a job, and then, worry about paying the 2% after the home has been paid... but I'm not going to think like that! In all other ways, it's much more afforadable.
