Gadgets

By Senseless

When I was insulating the house I used rolled insulation and wanted to get all my edges tight.  I had so many pieces to cut that I took a couple minutes and used a pair of hinges and some scrap wood to make a jig to guide the razor and compress the insulation as I cut.

You can cut it clean in a single cut and it seems to work better with the paper side down.

Clever and as I need to replace some non-standard wisth insulation in my attic I might try making something similar.  BTW, what did you use to cut the insulation?
