My wife and I are currently trying to sell our riverfront condo in Milwaukee and have made an offer on a larger house with a lot of DIY potential. I love to tinker in the house. I can work with metal, fiberglass, plastic, light, images, etc, but I really like to work with wood.

 I am particularly excited about the new place, because it has a lot of potential for solar and possible even a geothermal system that would work with the existing hydronic heat system. The only problem is...time.
