My fiance and I moved to Big Bear Lake, Ca. in December 2006. We sold our 1800 sf home and bought a 400 sf. "cabin"  We love small living. We love the low cost of living that comes with a much smaller space. And Big Bear Lake is 7000 feet closer to heaven! We are both retired professionals in our late 40's and own a "small" home business making handmade pet collars. We sell them on Ebay under FiniPets and at our local Farmers Mkt.  Our life is simple and comfortable and free of the stress of mortgage payments and the rat race of our former lives. We encourage others to downsize and live the life you dream of.  Dream Small!!!
