Very cool.  I was thinking ahead a while back, considering what I want to do when I get older and don't need my house for a workshop and office as well.  There's a place that sells beautifully finished 400 square foot cabins on wheels near where I live (they don't have anything online), and this seemed like a pretty good alternative to me.  These have real bathrooms!  Or i could just upgrade to a bigger sailboat and live on it... ;o)
