The uber crafty could make a cute little tuffet or upholstered footstool out of found objects and some foam rubber. Wait, that's a good idea.....

These suggestions are great!  Never thought to make just a single scrapbook page for someone.  Even if they don't have a scrapbook, it could be framed.  So many scrapbook pages are pieces of art!
