LOL, I agree with the "getting dressed to the shoes" concept... in fact I don't wear shoes unless I absolutely have to! Being a busy Mom I found her "sessions" helpful for me but I would never ever be able to get up before the rest of the family! :-)

Flylady's program is fantastic for people struggling with perfectionism. It's not for everyone, but it can really help some. Clever little ideas and philosophies, too.
For example, I can see keeping a clean, clutter-free house with her 15-minute suggested clean- up rituals. They're absolutely great. I think a lot of people really lose concept of how much can be done in only a few structured sessions.
But I'm not exactly down with "shining my sink" every single night and getting dressed to the shoes (we leave shoes at the door). I also haven't really laid out an outfit the night before since elementary school. So I say take it with a grain of salt.
