Sis heard this tip from a physical therapist at the health club who suggested tennis. I think the stress ball might be too squishy and the baseball too hard. But, hey, you can always give the a shot!

Are tennis balls best, or will other balls work too? Like a baseball or a 'hand de-stressor ball" (made of red foam for squeezing when you get stressed out... he got it from his last job)? Or any spheric object?

Tell Mr. Bacon that the tennis ball technique really works. Like drool coming out the side of your mouth, don't want to stop because if feels so good kind of thing. TMI?? Sorry ;)

I will suggest to Mr. Bacon the Cat! His work is mostly physical, plus he hurt his back playing football in high school, so he's constantly complaining about his back. It's been a lot better lately and I've also tried my hand (literally...ha!) at giving him back massages, although I'm in no way an expert at all.
