I've been wanting cork floors forever.  My carpets are stained beyond repair.  I love that they're soft, beautiful, a renewable resource and absorb sound.  I worry about echoing because of my high ceilings.  Of course, it's budget that holds me back.  I wonder if I could order a few cases at a time until I had enough to do a room.  Thanks for sharing. 

I am inspired--this is gorgeous stuff. I have a hideous kitchen floor, and have not done anything about it because the vinyl flooring curves at the baseboard, which means I can't use anything rigid. But if the glue-down cork has any bend, I'm all over it.
