3rd. I'd like to be able to carry on conversations with people down on the sidewalk from my balcony/window ;)

Whoa, my heart is beating faster and I'm feeling dizzy just thinking about it!!! I actually had a nightmare the other night about something like this... I was in a really tall building, on one of the upper floors, and it was so high that I didn't dare look out the window! I was scared the entire time I was in that building... I am so afraid of heights, it's not even funny.
Living at 2000 ft? Yikes... That can NOT be safe... You could probably feel the building gently swaying at night... Would NOT make for a good night's sleep! Not to mention, how long are you willing to stay in the elevator for it to get you to your home on the 144th floor or whatever? What about in case of fire... Hahaha! Not to be mean or anything, but that cracks me up... !! There must be STUNNING views, though!
What about you? What floor would be your limit? I'd put mine at... Oh, the 5th floor. Haha! Which is a moot point anyway, because Mr. Bacon and I don't want to live in a condo; like he says, you're paying for 'a space in the air'. In the event that the building is destroyed, you have no land... nothing! Which is why we are staying on the ground, in a proper house. :D

I don't have a fear of heights at all, but I do think that 150 stories up might just be too much for me.

Hmm...opening windows that high up...I don't think I'd want to even if I could! I wonder at what level there would be motion sickness issues....

150 storeys!! gosh.. do they prevent people from opening the windows if u stay at the top few floors.

I think you would have to be pretty brave to live that high up. I bet there would be some altitude issues near the top.
