I personally have done 4 flips but am interesting in renting as well. Looking for the right property.

As atrophie commented, they mention flipping, they post on the same day they set up an account, they link in their story to a site that sells a book, of theirs, that talks about their "method" of flipping. This is the very definition of spam.

How many houses have you personally flipped sofkins?
Just curious, I bought and sold three to pay for the big one I built but I held them as rentals for some time first so it's not really flipping.
I would think if you actually personally have flipped a few houses maybe some of us over reacted.
