An (Organized) Hanging.

By NCavillones

We have lots of blank space on our walls. We've been quite lazy about decorating around here and we're forever flapping our lips about getting our photos printed to hang on the walls. Then, last week, I saw this article on Lifehacker and that re-lit the fire under my ass. We ordered a box of ten frames from Target (see my clippings section), and went through our flickr streams. We tagged the photos we wanted with "print," so that we could see all the pictures on one page. The photos arrived from Yahoo! in less than a week, as did the box of ten frames.

Before I continue, let me say...those Target frames are pretty crappy but you get what you pay for...

First, lay out all the frames on kraft paper, and trace. You should also indicate which direction the top of the photo is, for each outline.  Cut out the templates.

Then, arrange the templates to your liking. When you have it all arranged, hammer the nails in before removing the paper. (That's blue painter's tape--it won't take the paint off your walls.)

Finally, tear away the paper and hang the photos. Ta-da! (Thanks, Lifehacker!)
