Painting a rusted wheelbarrow

The woman who owned my house before me liked to decorate with interesting found items, and while I appreciate her creativity, I'd like to add a bit more color to this section of my yard (particularly important now the azalea blooms have all fallen off). I thought I would start with this old rusted wheelbarrow, but I'm not sure how to go about it.I'm guessing it needs to be cleaned - do I just use water and a wire brush, or should I use a specialty rust cleaner? Jewelry Organizer

After months of storing my jewelry on a mug tree, I finally finished making this organizer that hangs above my dresser. I like having my jewelry visible and most jewelry boxes don't work for all the necklaces I have anyway.I bought 1/2-inch mesh from Home Depot (the kind used for fencing) and cut it down to the right size. I probably could have had it cut for me, but I wasn't sure of the size I wanted until I got it home.I threaded ribbon through the outside border to finish it off a bit.
