You can do a little size check at Facebook with their Zerofootprint Calculator. You'll have to sign up, and perhaps be a little less than zealous about sharing information (much info, but not all, is voluntary).

The best part: knowledge is power. Once we know where we stand we can make positive steps to change. The Zerofootprint Calculator has suggestions built into each section of the quiz. Many are small and some are surprisingly easy...
