Free Stuff: Clip Art

If you make cards, fliers or do anything crafty that might benefit from wonderful images you're in the market for clip art. Clip art is a collection of images that are, most often, royalty free when used outside publishing.

Dover Publications is one of the biggest purveyors and easily among the finest. The books are inexpensive and quite useful.

The computer age has changed clip art. Years ago one might find an image in a book and photocopy it for your project. Now a super high quality image is only a download away. Dover image books now come with a CD-ROM packed with crisp digital copies.

To introduce new buyers to their extensive line Dover offers a weekly download of several pages they've selected from their most popular books. The old-fashioned valentine images included here are a few of several offered this week.
