PRIVATE RESIDENCE - BEFORE & AFTER

BEFORE
Private residence in South Granville area, Vancouver. A 1,800 sq.ft. condo due for an update. renovation included new floor tile through out, new baseboards casings, removal of existing carpet, new paint, new furniture and lighting. Clients requested a modern contemporary interior, white leather, white rift-cut oak, natural zebrawood and an accent of chrome. Still in the process of selecting original artwork, these images show the before and after. With Vancouver being a rather conservative market, it was refreshing to work with clients who appreciated the modern aesthetic. A challenging process along the way in trying to find modern furniture that they could actually sit in and see in person, difficult to buy large ticket items from a catalogue. Luckily, through working with many clients, I always try my best to test out every peice of furniture I propose to clients, comfort and quality are priority when selecting items. "timeless and sophisticated" is my moto.
items to be completed:
- new art for over the custom buffet
- new art for over sofa
- new accessories for coffee table
- accent cushions for sofas
- new custom drapery, ripple head on a ks-track in a semi natural linen / silk (I prefer no hardware and concealed whenever possible)
