Found at a local salvation army. they were .99 I think they are wonderful. BUT useless for me, as I do not eat seafood.

I bought this chair at a thrift store for $2.50. I removed the old caning on the seat, which had torn. I cut along the groove where the caning had been attached with a jigsaw. I spraypainted the wooden pieces bright red. I upholstered the inside part of the seat and screwed it back together.

cute little things I found today thrifting. what do you think? all under $7.00 plus i got two curtain panels. for 2 bucks

found two of these at different times in the thrift store

After "De-Cluttering" the end of my living room by packing up three shelves full of glass I had on display (Pressed glass, Depression glass and vintage - it was quite a job!) I found I had plenty of room to put some of my thrift store furniture there. Lot's of room in the middle and I think I am finally starting to understand that I don't have to have absolutely ALL my stuff on display at the same time. Best to rotate them to maintain freshness..

I found these shower curtains at a thrift store and paid .50 cents for them. I sewed a border on the top and slid the valance rod thru it.

I'm actually not sure what this pattern is, but they look like happy little eels to me! I picked up about 4 yards of this fabric at a thrift store a few weeks ago for about $2. Perhaps I'll make some pillows, or...
