Hubby and I, well mostly hubby, layed the marble tiles. I decided on the layout. We picked tiles together. I wanted brown walls, he wasn't so sure, but helped me pick out a shade he could live with. We are both very happy with it. He did the wood trim. Routing and staining are his jobs too. I do help route. I came up with the style for the window and door trim. Very reminicent of late Victorian homes and into the Craftsman era.
