Hubby and I, well mostly hubby, layed the marble tiles. I decided on the layout. We picked tiles together. I wanted brown walls, he wasn't so sure, but helped me pick out a shade he could live with. We are both very happy with it. He did the wood trim. Routing and staining are his jobs too. I do help route. I came up with the style for the window and door trim. Very reminicent of late Victorian homes and into the Craftsman era.

This shower is wheel chair accesable.

Wonderful and interesting polished floors of stone in mosiac. I don't know what type but thinking limestone is one?....Notice door-solid, chunky, and beachy w/ white, mildly distressed paint.

"If it can't be done in this room, it probably won't get done." This is the inside of the house as seen entering from the front door (the only door). It is the multi-purpose room for work, reading, food preparation, and dining. On the left is the study area. The kitchen is to the right. A dining table is folded under the desk and can be pulled out to allow seating for two.
