Thrift Store Highboy Once-Over

Centsational Girl spotted this highboy at the thrift store and made a beeline for the cash register. One weekend giving it a TLC once-over, this is what she ended up with:

Some might say the change is subtle, but that's sort of the point. Sometimes furniture makeovers are like having plastic surgery: a little can go a long way. What a beautiful make over. Finally someone that didn't paint a beautiful old piece. Though I may have left on the old hardware, the simpler knobs certainly bring it up to date. Great job Centsational Girl!
