How to Turn a Ruler into a Spice Rack

We've seen something similar to this how-to before here on Curbly, but the fact that this one is made using a metal ruler ups the ante in the ingenious department. To make one, you'll need a few things like this:
- a metal ruler
- metal tins
- magnets
- sticky-back foam tape, for attaching the ruler
- tacky craft glue or hot glue and glue gun to attach magnets to tins
- spice labels (a label maker would be great for this!)
