San Francisco Rental Renovation

Back in 2007, renter and interior designer Grant K. Gibson offered his landlord a renovation for two months' free rent. Three thousand bucks later, Mr. Gibson is living large in his made-over apartment and his landlord owns some very nice-looking property. It's hard to believe that somewhere under all this loveliness was sea-foam green and lavender walls.
