Turn Lack Shelves into a Modern Credenza

By DIY Maven

modern furniture DIY Ikea hacker

Pete at Open Source Storage Designs saw Ikea's Lack shelves and thought 'Credenza'. And not just any credenza, but a modern, sexy credenza at that. The only problem was that Pete used fairly expensive materials to make it (the maple europly was the kicker). Enter Mr. Plastolux, who was inspired by Pete's design. Using  a couple of Lack shelves, legs, silver tracking and some Plexiglass and Mr. Plastolux has given us an attractive, affordable alternative. To see more pics, follow this jump.
